1) I am thankful that Dad is getting better with his exercise, working with Extra Mural health care team. He's also working with sleep apnea folks who are closely monitoring him. Has a family doc appt on Friday to review blood tests and his cancer doc and her colleagues are discussing the options and best way to proceed with his rectal cancer

2) I am thankful that Ray has an appointment with his dermatologist today at 1 pm. He thinks he has exactly what I have with the hives / itching. I'm still hopeful that the 6 pills I take daily are helping but it's one slow process. Hope he gets some answers today
