Cindy is already having success eating more fruits and veggies, less processed foods, and the scale moving in the right direction.

Blue herons nesting at both our house on the small, ornamental lake and at the lake house. We have had blue herons nesting at our house since we moved to the other house on the lake over 20 years ago. I hope we have them for decades more at both places.

Some of the missing have been found alive. Such a sad, sad situation. It really hits home too because our youngest grandson is hiking in the New Mexico hill country for two weeks. It could easily have been them.

Getting up and getting things done early so we can spend time indoors when the temps and humidity get so high. The feel like temps were already well over 100 before 10 AM. My sleep schedule is finally getting on board.
