The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
I had no idea you were that remote. Advantages/disadvantages definitely. Especially as we are aging. Is this in Arkansas TN or KY. I’m sure it’s beautiful. Our cabin has proven to be more work than enjoyment for us and John talked to me about selling it. I knew it was getting to be too much for him. After his autoimmune diagnosis 2 years ago he really has started having trouble with pain. We listed the cabin with a sign only and it’s under contract. We will see if it closes. I thought some part of me would be sad but honestly we were going there and spending so much time working and not really enjoying. The kids never came also. So that’s my cabin story. If it sells as it’s supposed to we will have 60,000 profit. Hopefully I will feel like a vacation this fall. The beach. We have to put a walk in shower in the house. Etc.
