Seeing 3 clients today. Some sense of normally.

Was able to wash my hair in the kitchen sink yesterday. Then, I took a chance and turned my shower on with a gentle spray and, with actual soap and delicious warm water, washed ALL of my front side. I managed to do it without getting my dressing wet. It felt SO AMAZING! Lotioned up. Felt a little normal!

I am only 3.5 pounds away from the lowest I ever got after my WLS. I think what's helping is knowing that if I overeat and gain, I will dig a deeper emotional hole than I already have.

My folks always said I was too dramatic when I was little,making small things bigger than they are. So, I'm a little nervous that the possible infection thing might have come across like that but, believe me, it was real panic and I still won't feel settled until I see the surgeon on Friday. Nurse comes to change it again on Wednesday.
