Saw 3 clients yesterday. Seems silly but I was exhausted afterwards! The sessions were easy but I guess I haven't had to be that 'present' for a long time.

Exploring options for what comes next once the wound vac comes off. Nurse said wet to dry bandaging. From what I understand, they put wet gauze in the wound. Once it's dry, they take it out. From what I've read, there are several better options developed because when they remove the gauze, it can tear the good skin as well. Will talk to the nurse when she comes today. It has to be something Medicare will cover as homecare because I have no one who would be comfortable putting things in and out of the wound.
