I reconnected with a friend from high school who lives in CA on FB. She always hinted around about wanting to come on a trip with me but I don't want that. She is finally taking the plunge and heading to Europe. She will be with friends until the last when she will fly from Dubrovnik to Paris. She had a bunch of questions about Paris and it was fun to talk all about it.

Woke up not feeling well, sore throat,ears congested, temp 99.7. You know I'll be concerned about any infection anywhere! Grat is I could text my home nurse and get her input. She just said to.call my PCP if it hits 100.

I can't tell by looking that I've lost much weight but I do know that being 40 pounds lighter has helped me move around a whole lot better.

Asked Bill to come talk to me last night. I was feeling so weary and down about all of this. Was really getting to me. Talked about the likelihood that I'll be moving to GA in a couple years. He just listened but was kind. I told him that, over the past couple of weeks, he's been like the guy I loved and married.
