I have gotten to the point where my feet sweel so that I usually try to by shoes that really feel good in two sizes; one for when my feet are normal and one for when they swell. They swelled a lot of days around the fourth of July when I was out in the heat walking. They haven't bothered me until yesterday; they swelled horribly.
