see that you are working your way back into a full case load. I hope your body is up for it. Word of caution, put a pillow between you and the chair or sit up away from the back of the chair or you will have that bandage sweating all day, which will not bode well. Not trying to be a know-it-all, it is just that this is a good time to use someone else's experience instead of discovering it on your own. You have dealt with enough already.

I have taken some tours that I was glad I took, rather than being on my own, because I visited places that weren't on my list as well as the ones that were. However, I have also had some tours that I was very disappointed in. It usually boiled down to how talky the guide was. I always figure that it is six of one and half a dozen of the other if that is the best way to squeeze something in. If you don't find any other way, at least you will get to go and keep to your schedule. My favorite are the self-guided that take you somewhere where there are several places to see, and let you out and give you a time to be back and take you to another place and repeat.
