Prior to WLS, I weighed 392 and got down to 238 before starting back up, settling most of the time around 265. That was still a huge difference but still 100 pounds overweight.
I don't really have a goal weight in mind. I've often said that I'd be content at 225 but now I want to crack the Onderland Sound Barrier. It's been almost 40 years since I was there.
