Your compassion regarding Carin

Wound barely itched the day she changed my dressing (Wednesday). Itched a little during the day yesterday but it was tolerable. In the evening and now, it's itching like crazy. Makes me feel crazy! I found 2 benadryl in the kitchen junk drawer and took them before bed. I slept from midnight until 2:30 when I woke up itching. Grateful for the day and a half that it didn't itch. Will get some benadryl today. Nurse comes to change the dressing today.
