1) Dad has a catscan today so hopefully we will know next steps within the week. My prayer is that the cancer hasn't grown and that the surgeon is confident with waiting longer for surgery for him. It's going to be a huge life-changer for him to have an ostomy bag

2) the sleeve clinic just called to tell me they are sending out my chocolate Optifast. They are going to see if they are getting more vanilla in soon too. I told her I was so happy about the surgery coming that it didn't matter ONE BIT to me

3) one month from today I will already be on the "other side" Surgery date is Sept 23 (pending Dad's outlook)

4) I am setting a goal of being down at least 30 by Christmas and 50 by my birthday!

5) my husband is the love of my life
