I do the same thing. I’ve done this to myself with my weight, and the damage is already done. Carrying all the weight over all those years.

Now Hannah will be 30 next Feb. she weighs 280’and has spinal problems. Watching it in her already with spinal problems on MRI and arthritis. Had a heart to heart w her. I hope it helps.

So sad what we don’t ourselves
