1) 14 years with the love of my life as his Mrs. 15 1/2 together

2) blood results being sent to the Ontario doc today. Only one missing is zinc (10 day wait) but if it's ok with doc, I will have a call on Friday with the anesthesiologist

3) Optifast shakes have been delivered. They sell online for over $100 and they sent me 3 boxes. I could not be more impressed with this 360 Sleeve Clinic.

4) going to a QUEEN Tribute concert tomorrow night (Ray and I)

5) sunshine
