Went on a grocery shop trip. I've run in/out of.Food Lion but I wanted stuff from Publix for a big shopping trip. I figured that Medicare let's me go for walks and keep home care. Not that anyone will notice but I just took my walk in Publix. LOL

Notified that my contract with Telemynd has ended. I really enjoyed working with the military and Telemynd is run well. Bittersweet but necessary.

Back was itching last night and when I woke up. Grat is that it seems to have settled down.
