I've been struggling with trying to do more than one thing a day ie if I went for a walk, I'd feel.like I couldn’t do anything else that day. If I snuck off to the grocers, I didn't have energy enough to actually cook the food I bought to prepare. I have so little strength and stamina. I've done so little for the past six months. Anyhow, yesterday, I took a walk, set the sprinkler up in two different places(no rain in so long that even my well-established plants were dropping) and cooked dinner. Doing nothing has moved from a necessity to a habit it's time to change.
Plants looked very happy this morning after their shower and temp at 58°.
Made a Skinnytaste flounder recipe yesterday. Skillet Lasagna moved to today.
