Hi all.

It’s been a long morning. When I was in Wichita I was having a lot of skipped beats. I put on my Apple Watch and it said AFIB. When I got back my PRimary had me come right in. Did an ekg and put an event monitor on me. I also had very excessive swelling and shortness of breath.

They called yesterday and said I was in AV heart Block. And had me a cardiologist appointment for 8 am today. That part scared me.
And I’ve been swelling so bad and having so many palpitations and short of breath with them. The nurse practitioner I saw this morning said she cannot see the test from the hospital because it has not been read there yet but she cannot see 6 strips and none of them showed the block. My BP has been high for at least weeks and was 170/90 this AM so they made me take extra meds in office and upped it. I am scheduled for an echo tomorrow at 9 am. She said long travel may be over for me with the extreme swelling and symptoms and it may have started all this.

I pray it’s not heart failure and the fluid and high BP are causing the problem.

I’m back eating right. Started Monday

Yes I’m scared. Anxious. But I am leaning on my faith. I feel a bit better after the appointment
