ad didn't sound negative, it was just saying that there are always questions that the brochures at most places don't cover, and no one to call (like the place my niece went, yours sounds as if they do give you lots more info than a lot of the bariatric places around here. It is more like get your money, do the surgery, give you a pamphlet, and send you home with little support. I don't know that you will ever need it, but I thought it might be nice to have some support from people going through the same thing if you do. Of course, knowing the web, there will be those who sign up just to bash the people there, even with the best of screening. Hopefully, they get rid of those quickly.
