1) the whole experience at 360 Sleeve was amazing!

2) so far, no pain or gas

3) Ray has taken such good care of me although there's not much to do. He just left the hotel to go to Tim Horton's to get me a decaf coffee

4) enjoying a fruit punch Gatorade Zero for breakfast. Will be having some chicken or veggie broth for lunch. Sip sip sip all day

5) all of you for your amazing support of my decision
