- coffee (2/3 cup with sweetener)
- 2 cups water
- strawberry & cream protein shake made with 1% milk
- chocolate protein shake
- fat-free chocolate pudding with scoop of protein powder mixed in
- Gatorade
- 20 minutes on the CUBII (walking outside will be better for me but I'm still tired so CUBII it was)
Goal for day was over 60 grams of protein (got about 63) and 2L liquids including shakes
Highlight of the day was pooping Took a Tylenol this morning, one at supper time and will take one at bed time. Not in pain - they advised me to stay on schedule for the first few days so taking that advice.
