2) have my first day of mushy incorporation all mapped out to ensure I hit my protein goal first and foremost but also that I stay within the guidelines all the food groups (2 Dairy, 1-2 Fruit, 4 Meat / Protein, Veggies 1-2 and fat only if NEEDED) Grains could be 2-3 but are OPTIONAL at this point
3) made a pizza (Kraft) for Ray for supper tonight. Stacked high with meats, cheese and veggies. He loves them!
4) may go to bible study tonight. It's a longer day when I work 3-6, then bible study is 630-830 and we'll see if I am sore but it's my hope to go. If not, I will start on the Tuesday morning sessions as it fits so much better
5) praying for Murray and Beverly this morning. So thankful she is my friend. Love you.
