I have a great Physical Therapist. She really worked me yesterday and sent me home with a bunch of exercises.

Canceled going to Granada. The train was going to leave Barcelona at 6AM. Once there, I would have to drop my bag off and rush for my entry time to the Alhambra. I don't have 6AM and 'rushing' in my vocabulary right now. It will be the second time I've canceled a visit to Granada but I have to make this as easy as possible on myself. PT is showing me how deconditioned I am.

Will be waking up in Nice, France 3 weeks from this morning.

Now, I have to figure out what to do with the extra day. Stay another night in Barcelona or take the train to Cordoba for one day and night before continuing on to Seville. I was planning on a day trip to Cordoba from Seville but, maybe, I'll go for the day and spend the night.

Carin is happy but things are difficult. I asked her if the kids could make friends in the neighborhood. Neighbors have refused to connect because they discovered he is a registered sex offender. He's also having trouble finding work which was to be expected.
