- decaf coffee with splenda and splash of milke
- 2 cups of water
- tried a scrambled egg in the microwave and it was rubbery and cold (Found more ways to cook them now! LOL). Added a little mayo when it wasn't going sitting well but left a spoonful. Felt like I was going to throw up so left that and took couple Gas-X and Gravol
- protein shake at lunch
- applesauce at work
- supper: 2 oz chicken (pureed) with low fat mayo and 1 cup squash soup with added protein powder - delicious
- tapioca pudding at bedtime
64 grams of protein so pretty close to goal of 65 - will focus on that early in the day and bye to eggs for now
