Decided to train from Barcelona to Cordoba for one day and night there before moving on to Seville. Will not make it to Toledo.

Advil. Can't take it often because it messes up my stomach but one of my PT exercises caused some back pain yesterday and, when I woke up, I was still hurting.

Got my filling yesterday. She is a great dentist.
