1) this is a marathon not a sprint
2) I have to incorporate walking 20 minutes twice a day into my schedule. No excuses.
3) I have to drink 1.5L to 2L of WATER each day. Also no excuses.
I've been drinking Gatorade Zero but should drink plain water. I just don't like it. But if I want results I'm going to have to suck it up and play by the rules.
Walking? What could be easier? I could ever break it into more than 2 sessions. I've got to get my lazy butt in gear.
I know this is a tool and a tool that I can succeed with. Want to be honest and share every moment with you all. I appreciate your support and letting me vent.
