Breakfast: Decaf coffee with Splenda and splash of 1% milk.
Cream of wheat cereal with scoop of unflavoured protein, Splenda, cinnamon and 1/4 cup of 1% milk.
Snack: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, flavoured
Lunch: 1 cup cowboy beans
Snack:V8 and water with me to work
Supper: 2 oz ground chicken, 1/4 cup mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar free white chocolate pudding
Snack: Premier Protein chocolate shake (made with water or milk) - last night was water and ice cubes
Fat bomb made with cream cheese, peanut butter and Splenda and frozen (love these!)
That gave me about 69 grams of protein for the day and my range is 60-90 grams.
