Often, after having a big loss initially, it slows to a crawl for a bit for your body to figure out this is normal, get on with it, instead of thinking that you are in an extreme emergency and starving to death, so that it has to conserve calories like crazy. That is why we can often lose 10 pounds or more in the first week of a low-carb or a big calorie deficit, but over several months, it averages out to 2 pounds a week. It will come. You will get better at the exercise and water, and getting your protein quota every day as you keep practicing. Don't get discouraged. Just keep practicing, getting better at what you need to do every day.
