Sprinkle one or more circles of grated cheese of your choice on the paper or foil, or into a greased skillet (about 3-4 ounces if you are sharing). Hold just a little back for top.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and oregano if desired.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over.
Cook at medium heat until melty.
Cover lightly with marinara (or not, your choice).
Add your favorite chopped toppings and continue to cook until cheese is browned around the edges.
For meats and wet ingredients like mushrooms, cook them prior to putting them on the pizza. I like to cook mushrooms and peppers before adding them, but that is a personal preference.
Slide onto a cutting board and cut immediately. It will get hard to cut if you let it cool before cutting.
