We only got 18 Trick-or-Treaters last night. All of them were teens except for one, about a 10-year-old old wth a group of teens. It was kind of sad, but I am sure that the littles went to Trunk or Treat events and parties sponsored by churches in the area and the city for the past three nights when the weather was nicer and it was safer than running up and down the streets. The weather turned cold last night. I got individual bags of Halloween pretzels to give out instead of candy in case we didn't give it all out. I am keeping enough to make a crust for strawberry pretzel salad at Thanksgiving, and the rest is going to my daughter's house because her two at home love them.

Our 2-year-old great-grandson got to go trick-or-treating in a nearby community that had a community party with decorations, a haunted house, and games as well as tables to go to with candy.
