We bought some nice, popular brand leather recliners a few years ago. They lost their leather within the first year. We called about them often, but never got anyone to speak to. We finally went there to talk to someone. He agreed to look into it. He didn't call, and we kept calling. We even tried calling the manufacturer, who told us that we would have to work with the store. Finally, he called and told us that they had had some problems with those recliners, but, unfortunately, our warranty expired two days ago, so they couldn't do anything. Never went there again. I am glad that you are getting to pick out new ones, at least. I, too, am so happy that SNAP has started up again. There was a lot of fear in this area. Thankfully, the community came together and had a lot of churches, companies, and individuals setting up donation centers that got enough donations to keep the people fed.
