Feel ok this morning. Yesterday I had my morning coffee, ate an apple and a bowl of cereal with fresh blueberries. Took Lew on a, maybe half mile walk. About 1 1/2 blocks from home, I started to.sweat, feel really hungry and woozy. It was hard to make it home. It was like my blood sugar bottomed out. After WLS, this would happen if I ate too much sugar. It was called 'dumping.'U was shot until 6 or 7 PM. This happened the other day when I was walking through Food Lion. I grabbed a protein bar and ate it as I finished up shopping. Hope I haven't waited too long to get healthy. Do.NOT want diabetes. My AC1 numbers havealways good.
6 clients at the office today. 5 is my comfort number but I need money after not working for so long and the trip. I've added 2/week which should be around $600. Never really know with insurance. My checks can vary like crazy.
I walked and did my PT yesterday. Won't walk today but have half my PT exercises done so far.
Yesterday was a hard food day. Food makes everything better, right? I felt yucky so wanted to eat all day and night. I went about 125 calories over my budget but I call a big win over what it could have been.
