I haven't tasted this one. I did try one very near it that used real egg whites but it had flour in it instead of cottage cheese.

I have alo made Blueberry Cloud Rolls that were made with cottage cheese and blueberries and had cream cheese in the center of them.

I liked both of the above so this looks very promising. I do have some egg white powder so I plan on making this when I have a chance to breathe. We are slammed right now.
