The guy worked on it for 1 1/2 hours and told me he could not get it adjusted and was just putting it back together and going to have to leave it. It would turn part way but then would hit and not turn all the way around. Right when he was telling me he was sorry he spun the lazy Susan around and it didn’t hit!! We both were stunned! Not sure what he did-he said he just pushed on it and then tightened the screws and Voila! It worked!!

So glad to finally get it to work the way it is supposed to. I’m afraid to put anything in it for fear it will start hitting once again. I guess I need to do it though in case it does act up I can get in touch with the contractor.
