I am thrilled that my great gastro doctor is back. I love the way he talks to me like I am a person and wants my opinions on things he plans, too. The other doc that the insurance sent me to is also a top-rated doctor, but he had the bedside manner of a doorknob. He asked me two questions, read my chart and left without even letting me ask questions or anything. Less than five minutes. That was a first visit. My gastro that I saw yesterday schedules 1 hour for a first visit and tries to get to know the patient as well as the file. I just feel so much more comfortable with him. I am so thrilled that he is back.

I am so glad that we are finding good people to work for us, too. It is hard to find good people in other towns these days. Everyone wants to work for major contractors doing big jobs and we can't blame them for wanting a steady income. Just so glad to know people that know people.
