Started out as a great, rainy day. When I came out of PT, the sky was brilliant blue. Loved seeing the leaflets trees against the sky.

PT at 8:30, hair at 11:00; Medicare annual physical at 1:30. It's a 35 minute drive from the salon. Grateful I can do all of this stuff!




Part of my PT obstacle course. I can't stay on balance through any of it. So frustrating! She's really creative.

Good paycheck today.

I weighed 235 a few weeks ago and will again soon!
