1) staying closely on track today cuz today is my weigh day for 360 Sleeve and I'm chuffed for WIW

2) heard from a listener today whose Mom I used to chat with on the phone and was an avid listener. She passed away 8 years ago and I actually went to the funeral home when she passed. She was that special a person. It was nice to hear from her son Graham

3) the cold hasn't hit me bad - poor Ray on the other hand is aching all over. It's not COVID as he got his shot and his flu shot last month. I'm thankful that I'm not suffering like him / Dad/ Paul

4) Dad's stress test is being rescheduled. Because he is sick, Paul called the cardiologist's office to let them know and they agree. It could easily skew the results so they will call back with new appt

5) ordered myself a GIANT PRINT edition of "The Message". It's a very modern translation of the bible that I really enjoy and have wanted for a couple of years. It should help me get back into the habit of reading the Word daily
