The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Do you recognize this as a pattern, a habit that no longer serves you? A new goal is to not be irritated with yourself, use it as an aha moment and move on. Build yourself a new habit that gets you where you want to go instead of getting you stuck in a holding pattern. You have already mentioned a fear that you can't do it. How about instead of numbers you decide to do the best that you can? This is the year to be the best Paula that you can be. How would that year look? What could you do better. Start with where you are and build a bridge to where you want to be instead of just trying to leap it. You can do this! You already did. It can happen again and keep happening. Yes, it is harder to do when real life is coming at you from all sides with so much noise and motion. It can get lost but it can be done. You will get there.
