A study of Revelations that is, well, revealing. I have always had difficulty understanding that particular book, and it seemed rather dark and foreboding when I read it, even scary. This time around, it is making more sense and is even reassuring to me.

Poppy will finally get groomed tomorrow. She has needed it for about three weeks, but before Christmas was just booked out. It's finally here. I wish they booked ahead of time like my hairdresser, but they are opposed to that.

Getting our Social Security and Medicare straightened out. They had transposed some numbers on our income, and both of our Social Security checks went down a big chunk, and our Medicare went up a big chunk, leaving almost nothing on our checks. It has taken a few weeks of back and forth with them and sending them income verification and things, but we got letters on the corrections yesterday, and it is right this time.

We gain 30 minutes of daylight this month.
