Making baked scallops tonight. Wanted to make risotto with seared scallops but the bigger scallops were almost $32/pound!! I bought frozen ones for much less but they are bay scallops and I think would be a pain to search so I'll bake them like a gratin.
I have cooked more this past couple of months than I have in years! Until recently going to the store and standing too long to cook was too painful.
Went to PT yesterday. I think she might have been a little frustrated with me for not doing my exercises for almost 3 weeks. I know what it's like to have clients not do any of the work they need to do in order to get better. She mainly stretched me out yesterday.
