4) helped my brother take down the Christmas tree at their house today. It's nice to be able to help a little. My brother isn't someone to ask for help with anything

5) a heart to heart with a co-worker Amy who has been with the station for 20 years. I feel like we trust each other and we had some candid discussion about the station. It was good to talk to her
