Did an intake on an 89 year old gentleman today. When I saw the age, I thought "probably family insisting he be seen due to signs of dementia." He was an amazing and interesting man. I shared with him how so many therapists don't want to see Medicare clients and that it's due to incorrect beliefs about us seniors. Told him that a great percentage of my.clients are seniors and I love and am touched to learn that us 'oldies' are still curious about life, still want to heal and grow. He sweetly said he appreciated me saying that. He doesn't look his age. We have that in commom, too!.LOL He and his wife are heading to Provence in April. We'll be in France at the same time.

Going to the office 2 days/week

Remembered to call the garage to get my car on Thursday for its annual inspection and to check out the tires and all the warning lights that are on. It's just a little over a half mile from the house. Usually, I ask Bill to drive behind me and bring me home when I drop it off and take me to pick it up. Still not talking to him, so I'll walk!!

Deborah and I are planning dinner out this Friday. The storm isn't supposed to hit until mid-late Saturday and go into Sunday. Frigid temps! Teens at times.
