2) did not "night time eat" last night. I think that's been part of the reason I'm not losing like I want to. Ray suggested having my pudding later in the evening instead of with supper. Great idea!
3) packing my sneakers to go to the wellness centre tomorrow night. It's going to be a long day - I work on auctions from about 8-10, coffee with a friend at 11, work 1-6 at radio and then my plan is to get there for at least 30-45 minutes to get started on exercising
4) I'm ahead on work this week - sent myself a bunch of events to add to event calendar on yoursaintjohn.ca (need to add them from work) and already have an item of my auction work done that chews up time
5) food all planned for week - there are beans, hamburger soup, chicken soup and ricotta bake all made. Ray is making us a taco salad on Wednesday.
