Healing ok. Very sore today. Did too much yesterday. Still more tired by far than usual

Everyone is bringing us dinner so my diet has been up and down. I have not eaten much of it

Can’t wait to get back to the gym. I miss it so much.

2 week post op appointment is Thursday. I will learn a lot then I’m sure. Everything they told me was for a reverse shoulder and I had a regular one so that changes timeline on everything.
