2) just got home from my workout - 45 mins at the gym. I do 25 cardio and 20 of weights. Today was 5 lower body weight machines
3) our second site (yourgreatermoncton.ca) at the radio station went live this morning and I have been working with the team on that one as well. Seeing it live is always a rush!
4) checking things off my list - I make a daily one, no matter how small the item is. Up next, an announcer call, dropping blood req to doc's office, making Ray's lunch and putting dishes away
5) our God is a loving, forgiving, amazing God.
