When a co-worker wanted to go back to college and get another degree to change her career path, she was bemoaning that she would be X years old by the time she finished her schooling. Another co-worker piped in and asked how old she would be at that time if she stayed where she was, and miserable because she didn't follow her dream. That always stuck with me.
