Changing vets. Have never felt connected to anyone at my current vet's office. Remember during my recovery, one of my former clients said she would come help me? We keep in touch a bit on FB. I asked her for a suggestion of a good clinic. She replied with the name of a well-known clinic and said she is practicing there now! I asked her if it would be weird to see my pets and she said, absolutely not! When she first came to see me, her anxiety was getting in the way of her life. She hadn't even gotten into vet school yet.
Lew is falling a lot and having trouble getting back up. It breaks my heart. Bought 2 of the longest runners I've ever seen. 12 feet! One goes from my bedroom to the kitchen; the other from the kitchen to the front door. It was funny watching him walk from ine to the othee, like he knew they were for him! Walking the green carpet! Also moved a couple of my rugs to provide more traction in other areas. My house will never be a show piece. LOL (but my beagle-boy will have help walking!)
Took Co for a long walk yesterday. I really wanted to get her to the river but my back pooped out on me. We'll get there sooner or later.
