1) staying lighter longer in the day - good sign that spring is coming

2) had a nice birthday with Ray, Dad and Paul. We enjoyed birthday cake and they all got together and got me a new IPAD

3) warming up some and sunshine. I am so looking forward to spring/summer and getting back into the pool

4) Ray got me a continued month of membership at the phyio gym. Back at it tomorrow

5) fresh bed sheets
