Dad turned the wrong way and fell at home last night. He has a broken hip and they will operate within the next couple of days. They also said he has a low blood count and will need blood before the operation. The doc actually said he is "anemic". I'm not Dr googling as I will freak out.

Wouldn't it be amazing if there were some way they could do the colorectal cancer operation while he was there? His physio has access to scans and told Dad / Paul that the polyps have been growing and Paul has saw some blood in his stools. I am praying that God has it in his plans somehow to align the operations.

Doc last night told us that the hip replacement surgery has amazing results and most people could actually walk out of the surgery room themselves and that recovery is easy compared to knees.

Please say a prayer. Thankfully heart and O2 levels are all good.
