I have been exhausted but it’s from shoulder pain keeping me up at night. I’m battling not getting depressed about it but I’m winning. The dr wants to see me early next Wednesday to make sure I’m healing right. I think i posted this but honestly don’t remember. I have to go back the 20 th and 30 th still unless he changes it.

I can’t believe we didn’t get sick with all that in the hous. Poor Olivia had 103.5 again this evening. flu b must be horrible. I’m so grateful I didn’t get it

Talking to the wall sometimes. John spends so much time in his phone I have no one to talk to about how I’m feeling much of the time. His dementia is getting considerably worse and I don’t even like thinking about that.
