If anything, at least one person here is using you unapologetically to travel vicariously. I have never been a good traveler, and my husband was always too busy, plus he never wanted to go anywhere. I can't tell you how many trips I have saved for, planned, and they fell through. I would invest the trip savings and start again. Now I have a little savings but no spectacular trips. I guess we can't have everything. They say in the end that memories are all we have left. You have beautiful memories.
