I am exhausted. So tired with so much going on with work and Dad.

He had a dizzy spell yesterday and today but did walk 30 meters both days so that's good. His bowels are moving thankfully as that has been very stressful and painful for him.

He can't walk to bathroom or by himself yet (2 physios working with him at same time). I'm thinking it will be at least another week if not longer. I'm hopeful though that he will be able to come home. The surgeon checked in yesterday and my brother brough up the bowels and cancer so they're all on the same page.

I'm not a good "nurse" or caretaker. My patience is not good and I love my Dad dearly but I just am a good caretaker type of person. I'm run ragged when I am there. I shouldn't complain but I'm just tired.

Eating is out of control and I am gaining. I have to get some rest. My gym membership is on hold until we can get this all ironed out. My brother, aunt and I are all there alternating hours.
